  Tiffany was excellent!!! She went over all paperwork with me to make sure I understood my service contract I purchased today and answered all my questions. Tiffany even took the time to explained step by step everything she was doing in our home inside and out. Her knowledge was amazing as well. My child got a insect lesson in the process. What a great first impression and great customer service. I am very happy with the level of service that was given to us today. Not to mention they were able to get us an appointment within 24hrs.

  I've been a customer for 25 years. I do not hesitate to refer my friends to Brandon Pest Control. If I see a bug, I simply call and they come out and kill 'em! Thank you~

  I contacted Brandon Pest Control about 3 years ago in March 2015 due to evidence of termites. They came to my home (which was only 8 years old at the time) and did a “thorough” termite treatment. They drilled holes through the pavement in my driveway and in the walls of one area of my home where the potential problem was. They told me I would be Termite Free within 3 months. They came back in June 2015 and told me they found no evidence of Termites. They also charged a very hefty $1500 to do the treatment, not to mention, I had to purchase a Termite Bond. Then came March 2016 and guess what?? Termites again!! I called them and asked how did this happen. They gave me every excuse in the book... “it’s just Florida”.... “they must have come back”... so after taking another $300 from me for the Termite bond which should have been FREE.. they did another so-called inspection. They told me they sent their best technician this time and all termites were gone. Then came March 2017...and guess what??? Termites again!! This time I was not as forgiving. I wanted to know why I was being lied to and having to pay for a Termite bond which clearly was not working. The technician they sent out was very rude and obnoxious and told me he’s the best worker they have. I asked why aren’t ALL their workers the best and he was so angry about my question he stormed out of my home. His supervisor then called to “yell” at me about being “rude to his employee”...., no one is addressing the fact I’ve had the same problem with TERMITES ... 3 years in a row when they told me each time the termites were all gone. After being lied to and treated harshly by the receptionists, the technicians and the supervisor .... I decided I’m tired of their LACK OF EXPERIENCE and lack of COMPETENCY and I had to take matters into my own hands!!! They are still pushing to sell me yet another TERMITE BOND this year when they are clearly after MONEY and giving you HORRIBLE CISTOMER SERVICE in return. STAY AWAY FROM BRANDON PEST CONTROL. Please do not go through what I have gone through with them!!!!
